Film Reviews and Other Film Stuff

Filmic Collage

The seemingly infinite possibilities films provide have always appealed to me. Whether in a time-travelling car, stuck in detention on a Saturday morning, in Rick’s cafe or getting chased by dinosaurs, I love the worlds they take me to. I took a Film Studies course at college and studied modules at university that were about Hollywood literary adaptations. but in essence I grew up watching films and I still watch them in amazement like I did when as a kid. Below are my own film reviews, other film articles I have written and all my favourite quotes from films. You’ll find my Film Quizzes here, and guest film reviews here. Your suggestions for quotes or ideas for features are always welcome.

  2. I would have LOVED to do Film Studies – I did Theatre Studies instead. There is a course in the OU that I have been tempted to do, maybe when the kids are up a bit. Long may your film enthusiasm continue!
