The seemingly infinite possibilities films provide have always appealed to me. Whether in a time-travelling car, stuck in detention on a Saturday morning, in Rick’s cafe or getting chased by dinosaurs, I love the worlds they take me to. I took a Film Studies course at college and studied modules at university that were about Hollywood literary adaptations. but in essence I grew up watching films and I still watch them in amazement like I did when as a kid. Below are my own film reviews, other film articles I have written and all my favourite quotes from films. You’ll find my Film Quizzes here, and guest film reviews here. Your suggestions for quotes or ideas for features are always welcome.

Did you put that collage together! WOW…that took time! Impressive selection!
I didn’t. You’re right though, it must have taken ages. I had to put it up as soon as I saw it 🙂
GREAT list, Alex!!! You’ve definitely seen your fair share of films, haven’t you? 🙂
Thank you kindly 🙂 Feel free to suggest any films you might think of. I’m always looking to add to it.
Will do! Thanks 🙂

I would have LOVED to do Film Studies – I did Theatre Studies instead. There is a course in the OU that I have been tempted to do, maybe when the kids are up a bit. Long may your film enthusiasm continue!
Thank you 🙂 Theatre studies does sound great though. Who did you cover?
