I wouldn’t normally use two quotes for a post, but it was impossible to choose between these two. Thanks to his many dynamic and modern Marvel creations like Spiderman, Thor, Hulk, Black Panther and the X-Men, the 95-year-old Lee helped launch the comic books revolution that has led to the incredible popularity of blockbuster superhero films. Thank you Stan Lee (1922 – 2018).

Not all superheroes wear capes. He understood it was the human qualities in them that helped define them, and us. WHich was your favourite Stan Lee character?
I will say “Spider Man” but am being so influenced by my 3 grandsons. 😉
That’s a good choice. He is a teenager after all. My favourite is Gambit, one of the X-Men. I hope one day they will make a good film about him.

Marvel and Stan Lee felt like residents in my home. I remember telling my son, that i wished he knew his school work that well. Hed laugh and whilst i crocheted Stan Lee brought my viewing famiky together. We could all be superheros if we wanted.
It’s not many people who can leave behind the impact he did. A real talent and visionary.

Very. He always looked so much younger. This line by Seth Rogen summed up how a lot of people felt. “Thank you Stan Lee for making people who feel different realize they are special.”
