Why do these lines of the day always surprise me? I look forward to them and enjoy them always. Thanks. Bruce
P.S. I feel louzie (had to look up how to spell that) that I don’t follow your movie postings, but it’s way out of where I’m at…
Out of curiosity . . . is there a method to how you pick these lines of the day? Some sort of pattern? I’ve been trying to figure it out, but thus far have been unsuccessful. 🙂
Hmmm. Sometimes it’s from the last song I listened to, or from a TV show I’ve just seen. Sometimes from how long it will take to find the exact quote. the main thing is to not to have the same mediums lumped together consecutively. What systems did you initially think? Do you prefer the film ones?
I like them all, though I tend to recognize the film ones most.
At first I thought it might be a medium pattern. (I.E. Film, then book, then TV, etc). Then I considered that it could be a thematic connection, perhaps on a weekly basis.
Looks like I have to do different systems to throw you off the scent 😉 Since the start of the year I’ve tried to get more art and sports quotes in.
Like I said, I hadn’t really figured out the system. 🙂
You can get some inside information. Tomorrow’s will be book related. It is a short title that involves a number 🙂
So there are actually several novels I could guess. But . . . I’ll go with 1984.
Word and a number
Then, I’ll say Slaughterhouse-Five.
Superb effort. Good book and what a title but no. It’s been made into a film but is far more famous as a book.
Hmmm.
I think you have me stumped. Though I’m sure I’ll see the quote tomorrow and be dumbfounded I couldn’t think of it.
I’m glad I could catch you off guard 😉
I love movies, Sylvester Stallone! I admire him very much!
Great actor Sylvester Stallone! 🙂
