Jay: I should never have bought her that Wii Fit. She said she was trying to lose a bit of weight. I was just trying to help. I loved her the way she was.
Will: You bought her a Wii Fit?
Jay: So I came here to find her and apologise. Try and win her back. But I had no idea how big Australia was. I knew it was an island so I thought it can’t be that big, I’ll probably just run into her at the shops.
James Buckley and Simon Bird in The Inbetweeners 2 (2014). Released three years after the original film, it again features the main set of characters from the successful TV show.
Oh dear, this was not a show I knew about. Alex, my kids liked “Party of Five,” American Dreams” and funny they enjoyed “That 70’s show” I like teen shows and this was a clever skit on the new fad of ‘Fit Bit’s’ Alex. If I can find the film at library, I will let you know 🙂
I never got That 70s Show but it sure was popular in the States. Quite a few stars came out of that show too. I vaguely remember Party of Five. I never saw American Dreams. Please do 🙂
My eldest son flew out to Australia to find his future wife who had gone there for a year. All he knew was that she was a nurse working in Sydney. He brought her back with him
What a story! Please tell me more.
That was 27 years ago. They married and have 3 children. My son just went through the address books until he hit the jackpot
Sounds like he did 🙂
Oh yeah… You’ve reminded me that I fell asleep watching this the other night. I should finish it.
What part were you up to? Did you like it?
Lol. Umm… Think I was about five minutes into it. 😉
Ha!
I loved the TV show but I cannot bear the movies. The characters are such unbelievable shits that I can only handle in small doses.
Nothing like your school days I assume haha. I didn’t like the second one too much. It just felt that the writers had run out of jokes and ideas.
