Line(s) of the Day #EdgarDegas

Edgar Degas

Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.

Edgar Degas (1834 – 1917), regarded as one of the founders of impressionism and especially applauded for his talent in capturing movement in his paintings.

  1. I like Degas when he paints ballerinas in pink. They remind me of my childhood classes and my oldest daughter who loved wearing her ballerina outfit. He looks so different from the other impressionistic artists! Thanks, Alex:)
