As someone who grew up a huge fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I just had to share this incredible shot of one from the Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia. It was taken by specialist underwater photographer Aimee Jan, and won the Ocean Photographer of the Year 2021, as run by Oceanographic Magazine.
Taken when out in the Inner Circle in Regent’s Park. The weather was so glorious I just had to go for a picnic with friends.
I posted a photograph of Lake Windermere a while back, but it really is so beautiful I just had to add more. Especially as I took so many. Here are eight of my favourites that I took on the 90 minute boat ride. I hope they give a rounded idea of just how special the lake is.
I took many photos of my time in the Lake District. It really is a beautiful place. This is of the area’s most famous place, Lake Windermere.
I took these both on the same day when at Victoria Park by Bethnal Green. I couldn’t decide which one to pick, so decided to include them both.
Richmond has always been a pretty part of London, so it was nice to be be able to capture it at night.
I was out in Statford in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and saw the opportunity to take this shot of a fountain.

I went to the Guinness Storehouse when in Dublin, where they explain the whole process of how they make their unique drink. This was taken on the ground floor.
There are so many wonderful parks in London, it gives plenty of opportunities for reflective shots, especially in autumn.
