It may not be Christmas, but that doesn’t mean there can’t be snow 😊
With Storm Emma, aka The Beast from the East, being in full throttle, I just had to show you how much impact it has had in London. These are from Canary Wharf.
Christmas has gone, the New Year and Epiphany too, but it’s still Winter. And that means for most of us it’s still pretty cold. And for more than a few of us that can mean snow, a type of weather that’s been represented in all kind of non-Christmas films. How well will you do in the quiz that covers everything from thrilling and funny to sweet and sinister? As always, please feel free to share your score and any further comments you have.

As 2015 comes to a close, it presents the opportunity to look back at some of the phenomenal sports that have been occurring throughout the year. I wanted to share my eight favourite images from the sporting world, as seen from a wider number in this feature by The Daily Mail. Â If you are a fan of sporting photographs you should definitely check out my two previous posts, on the best black and white and colour sporting shots.
I’ve been included in the very awesome Abbi’s Christmas-themed ‘Season’s Greetings’ post. Abbi has a super fantastic blog and I really recommend you go and take a visit if you don’t know her blog already.
Having gone to an amazing photography exhibition over the weekend, and having just celebrated a two year anniversary, I thought I would do a special post. Below are eight shots I’ve posted throughout my time blogging and are among my favourites. Feel free as always to let me know if any of them stood out most to you or to share what you most like to photograph.
Irv: It’s a fair question. It’s quite simple, really. I had to win. You see, Derice, I had made winning my whole life, and when you make winning your whole life, you have to keep winning, no matter what. Understand?Â
Derice Bannock: No, I don’t understand. You won two gold medals, you had it all.Â
Irv: Derice, a gold medal is a wonderful thing. But if you’re not enough without it, you’ll never be enough with it.
