After my recent book spine post I was chatting with Silver Screenings in the comments secton and I thought why not do a film version of a story based on spine titles? This premise is a bit looser, with a western theme. I may have stayed away from Once Upon a Time in the West, but there’s still a revenge showdown, and one in which ends in a bit of a bloodbath.
The definition of cult movie does vary with different people, but these are 12 I think more than qualify as having a devoted following despite not being the biggest of hits. Do you have a favourite? Have you seen film 10?

Taken from the song Forever Young from the 1984 debut album of the same name by the German band Alphaville. Though not a success in either the UK or US, the song has been covered numerous times and was memorably used in the film Napoleon Dynamite.
