Travel Photography: The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Cornwall

These were taken when out with my girlfriend recently at the botanical gardens well known in Cornwall. The gardens have all kinds of flowers, a Jungle section including a very cool bridge and the Giant’s Head and Mud Maid, as designed by the siblings Sue and Pete Hill.

Taken at the Jungle part of the pleasure gardens. I did wobble the bridge but my ever-awesome girlfriend Madeleine was completely unfazed. I did manage to get a Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom reference in there so I’ll settle for that.
