I’ve always been fascinated by films that play around with narration, especially those that have multiple storylines that interlink at different points. There were some hugely powerful films about racial tensions in the 20th century as mentioned in Part 1, but this century has also provided plenty of memorable, provocative and reflective films on the same theme.
