Taken from the song Here Comes The Night Time by Arcade Fire from their fourth studio album Reflektor (2013). The album was a huge success and among other achievements topped the chart both sides of the Atlantic.  I’m a huge fan of the Canadian artists and saw the Reflektor tour in 2014, which you can see a review of here.

The opening lines of Counting Stars by One Republic from their third studio album Native (2013). The Colorado band have been consistently popular since their debut album Dreaming Out Loud (2007) which included among other hits, the brilliant song Stop and Stare.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Matthew McConaughey in the film biopic The Wolf of Wall Street (2013). Nominated for five Academy Awards, it tells of Belfort’s wild ways and continued excess after he becomes a stockbroker in New York.
