Gaten Matarazzo, Maya Hawke and Joe Keery in the incredibly popular Stranger Things (2016 -), which recently had its third series released. And I’d argue it’s best. Set in the 1980s and with a mixture of science fiction, horror and comedy, the Netflix show was famously pitched as though Steven Spielberg was directing a Steven King story. I absolutely agree. Alex. Season 3 was the best yet, although I admit I wanted to strangle Mike and Hopper on more than one occasion! I’ve also had the theme to The Neverending Ending Story stuck in my head since July 4th.😁

Just the first two seasons. I thought I’d have time over the summer to see the third season. Not the case! I’ll catch up somehow….

Just saw that line over the weekend. After binge watching and reviewing the first two seasons we cranked up Season 3 yesterday. Halfway through.

I loved this season as well. Although they really do ask us to suspend disbelief don’t they? 😃 Plus I’m so glad someone gave Winona Ryder a job! Always loved her!
I’m ok with that. I really like the fact that the new characters were strong and other characters were given more depth. More original storytelling in series 3 too. Superb stuff all round.
