From the 02 arena on Wednesday, where I saw Curt Smith and Roland Orzabal live for the first time. Better known, as course, as Tears For Fears. I listened to them a lot during childhood and so was great to finally see them perform classics like Shout, Everybody Wants to Rule the World, Mad World and Head over Heals. That is a shame. I’ve had that with bands too. It took me a couple of years to see Depeche Mode after a couple of near misses. I hope you get to see them. It’s great to see them touring again.

How cool! I loved them back in the day. In fact they might have been the first CD I bought. New fangled technology and all!
Songs from the Big Chair? I have that album in CD form too. I wish they’d played The Working Hour and my favourite ever B Side Pharoahs but can’t argue otherwise really. They’re such talented musicians and was a great night.

Yeah, a lot of memories of summers gone by. The highlight was the Shout finale. They’re doing another show in Hampton Court but not sure how many tickets are left.
