I took many photos of my time in the Lake District. It really is a beautiful place. This is of the area’s most famous place, Lake Windermere.

wow!
Thanks Rob. I took a lot of photos. You can expect many more coming up π
Beautiful photo. The Lake District is stunning and so peaceful. There’s nothing more calming than sitting by one of the lakes on a nice afternoon. Bliss.
When did you last go? It was my first visit. I was blown away. So many stunning views.
I’ve been several times. It has been a few years since I last went though. I’d love to go again. It is such a beautiful place. I’m very happy you enjoyed your first visit.
It is a timeless place. I was able to see quite a bit. I went to Coniston, Ambelside and Hawkshead too.
Beautiful capture
Thanks. The water was so wonderfully clear. Expect more photos of the water and hills of the area.
Cool
Indeed! The Lake District is always mesmerizing.!
It’s breathtaking. I’m so glad I got the chance to go. Sounds like you’ve been fortunate too.
Excellent shot. I’d love to be there one day. π
I hope you get to go. The views are astonishing. It feels like a timeless place.
I would love to go there! Thanks for sharing.
You’d get so much out of going there. You’d find all kinds of angles, framing and reflections π
I bet. I’d read lots of poetry, too, while I was there. π
That would have to include William Wordsworth. I went to the building of his old school. Amazing to think it’s still there after 250 odd years.
Wow! Yes, I was thinking of William Wordsworth. I love your history.
Beautiful shot!
It has a timeless beauty. I hope you get the chance to go one day.
I love Windermere.
When were you last there? Do you know Coniston? That’s where I stayed.
My family has a cabin there π
How nice. That Indian place looks tiny but is huge inside. There was always a long queue for the fish and chips. And that vintage shop had some real gems.
I’ve been to Lake District but unfortunately the weather was gloomy on that day π¦
It drizzled lightly a few times but the weather was perfect for the wedding, luckily. I hope you get better luck for next time.
I like going to the Lakes but every time I do it has rained, at least this photo seems dry.
Most of the trip was fine. Only a few slight drizzles at different points. And the main thing was that the wedding day was perfect. It was a beautiful backdrop. Expect more photos soon.
Great π
Very nice shot! Definitely looks like a beautiful place, I really want to go there one day!

Thank you. I have plenty more to put up. I guess what’s beautiful a bit it is how little it changes. I hope you get to go back π
looks beautiful! We’ll definitely be visiting there ASAP! Thanks for sharing.
That’s great! You’ll love it.
the quality of these pictures are amazing.
if you dont mind me asking what camera did you use?
It was just on my regular iPhone when on the boat, through one of the filters. I did take a few on the Canon EOS 760D which I will put up soon.
