Line(s) of the Day #AliceinWonderland

I can’t go back to yesterday because I was a different person then.

Taken from the seminal and hugely imaginative book, ‘Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland’ (1865) by Lewis Caroll.

    • There are plenty of writers and artists I’m sure I wouldn’t want to hang out with but when I get into a great book I’m in a new world and just grateful they decided to share their gift.

  1. What a magical quote. It’s one of my childhood favourite novels and still is to this day such as yourself.

I have a poster artwork of it saying ” you’re entirely bonkers but I’ll tell you a secret..all the best people are”.

  2. I am wondering whether the story was inspired by using some drugs by the author. It is stange that the book used to banned in China for a while because of animals talking human kanguage. Animals treated at the same lenel as humans was considered dangerous in 1930.
