The documentary has always been a powerful genre, but the turn of the century has provided no shortage of thought-provoking, touching or inspiring films. See how many of the six films below you can work out. Decade clues wouldn’t be helpful this time around, but they are in order as usual. And I’ve no doubt you’ll do dazzle me 🙂

“Man on a Wire” is one of my favourite documentaries! It’s such an uplifting story!
So much planning involved. I love the fact he couldn’t stop walking across it ha.
I got 4 out of 6! You’ve reminded me about how amazing Man On Wire was. Time for a rewatch methinks.
I’ve only seen it the once too. I can imagine Phil from Family Guy trying to do something similar ha.
I only managed two…
You’ll ace it next time I’m sure.
I absolutely love Man on Wire. Such an inspiring documentary! They’re making a live-action film of the story, apparently.
Adam.
I was not expecting that. Thanks.
Only knew 1, 2 and 5. Guess I need to brush up on my documentaries.
We don’t have the spelling bee here in the UK so it was fun watching the whole process. One was enough though. I didn’t see Akeelah and the Bee.
Me either. And I have zero interest.
2/6
I knew numbers 1 and 5. I knew 2 was something to do with a spelling bee, but I couldn’t think of the name. Lol.
Really think you’d like Man on Wire. Did you ever enter a spelling bee?
I think I did back in elementary school, but my thing was always Spell Bowl where you got to write the words down. Much less pressure. Lol.
Ha! How good were you?
Not bad actually! 🙂 I’m a bit of a spelling Nazi. Lol.
A spelling wizard. That’s how to get you into a Harry Potter book 🙂
LOL. Sounds like the wizard all the Hogwarts kids would beat up!!
That’s really made me laugh 🙂
