Classic films for all the family to enjoy have been around for decades. But with the invention of animation in its various forms, it’s enabled a different style to dazzle generations with. If you’ve done the Non-animated Family Favourites quiz see how many of the six lovably sweet films below you can work out.
Answers below
1. The Jungle Book (1967)
2. Aladdin (1992)
3. Wallace and Gromit: The Wrong Trousers (1993)
4. The Iron Giant (1999)
5. Shrek (2001)
6. Monsters Inc (2001)
1, 2, 5 and 6. I have never seen 3 or 4. Don’t even remember hearing of 4’s existence, actually.
The Iron Giant is magnificent. A wonderful story and one of my favourites though badly marketed at the time. Wallace and Gromit is very British but it’s a superb 30 minute film.
Got them all here Alex. I have two young kids so these films are on regularly in my household, man.
They have as good as taste as you 😉
Was the jungle book seriously from the 60’s? Wowza
I know!
4 out of 6! I have seen Iron Giant or Wallace and Gromit. I actually think my boyfriend just bought Iron Giant. Should check it out! 🙂
It’s an amazing film.
